Slow flow yoga classes take place via ZOOM on a Monday and Thursday evening at 8.30pm (UK time). All levels of experience are welcome. Yoga classes are forty five minutes long and at present the classes are free.
Introduction to practicing Yoga at home and Meditation workshops are scheduled every couple of months and are around two hours long.
The Chilled Out Child Meditation and Mindfulness mentored in-depth facilitator training programme is an online mentored programme delivered over 12 weeks and starts in January, May and September each year.
