I am a Dylan Werner 300hrs and Ana Forrest Advanced Teacher, Jim Harrington 5 Star Yoga Teacher, ISHTA 500hrs and Pregnancy Yoga Teacher.
I have tried a few different styles of yoga and have been fortunate enough to have trained with both international and local teachers. Each and every single one of them have influenced my life and my yoga. I am very blessed and honoured to have had all the incredible experiences on this path and I have learned so much on this Journey called Yoga.
I run yoga teacher training courses, I teach private, corporate, workshops, festivals, retreats and group classes. I teach all levels of yoga from beginners to advanced and my teaching styles are: Myofascia Sequenced Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Ashtanga and Heated Vinyasa.
My mission for teaching is to facilitate and create an environment where students can enter at any level and progress on their own personal journey of growth and improvement. One of my primary techniques is to simplify complex poses in a safe and fun environment with the culture where everyone moves and progresses at their own pace yet constantly finding creative ways to keep the students inspired. With that said, my style of teaching is often considered strong, to encourage and challenge students to overcome their own fears to be the best they can be.
