It is my dream to teach children, through mindfulness, skills that are so important in life: how to be more at ease, conscious and appreciative and accepting of themselves and their emotions.
Habits formed early in life will influence beliefs and behaviors in adulthood and I believe children that practice mindfulness on a regular basis will grow into more happy, content, confident and kind adults.
Having a background in art and art history, I like to teach mindfulness in a playful and creative way.
