I am a Registered 500 Level Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance International Africa, based in the beautiful town of Langebaan in the Western Cape, South Africa. I have been fortunate enough to live and work in 5 countries, spending most of the last 20 years in Hong Kong.

I am a mom to two incredible young adults and the wife of one awesome, adventurous husband! Apart from teaching yoga, my hobbies include off-road motorbiking, stand-up paddleboarding, running, and longboarding. If I'm not doing any of these things, you'll find me studying something!

I love learning and sharing my knowledge with my students.

I've been lucky to learn from wise and inspiring individuals in both Hong Kong and Thailand. Having the chance to share those lessons and experiences with my students fills me with joy. As a professional Yoga Teacher, my intention is to help students connect with their inner selves and find the courage to be their authentic selves. I hope that my students experience the joy that this practice gives to me.

Get in touch with me if you're new to yoga or want to find out more.

Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon.

I also hold the following certifications:

Through my journey with Yoga, I have discovered so much about myself and gained a wealth of knowledge. The lessons I have learned have been invaluable, and I feel blessed to have been given this gift, which I am eager to share with others. I find fulfillment in the way yoga unites people, creating a sense of community and providing a much-needed escape and creating a space to celebrate self-care. Yoga practice and self-study are the key to my personal growth and development on and off the mat.
