Kids Yoga

YogaSteps began with the knowledge that all things done in life take time, and through a series of small steps. YogaSteps incorporates a variety of mind-body practices, all with the aim of finding balance and ease in a fast-paced world. Whether it be through yoga, dance or Pilates (or a combination of all three), YogaSteps hopes to provide the space for movement, meditation, self-discovery and joy.

YogaSteps Studio is located at Kimiad in Moreleta Park. It has a homely and creative feel, and is completely surrounded by nature. Here, one can find the necessary, and often much needed, break from city-life activities without having to travel too far. The studio offers a variety of yoga classes (including prenatal yoga and children's yoga) as well as Pilates, High Intensity Interval Training Classes (FunFitness with Anri and Yoga Shred® with Caryn), Dance Classes (Line Dancing and Nia ® Dance) and Meditation. While being at the studio you might be able to meet the cows, vervet monkeys, or a small bush baby!
