Teaching Experience
During the past 40 years, I have actively promoted yoga through talks, seminars, and media. I have taught and shared the great benefits of yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda lifestyle. Worked extensively in the socio-religious, interfaith, and political sectors and held many leadership roles. Being deeply rooted in human connection, I offered voluntary yoga services to several marginalised communities. This has brought profound transformation through peace, solace, forgiveness, caring, and compassion.
