For Cassandra, yoga is both an art and a science that involves the movement of the body, the stilling of the mind and the calming of emotions. Our entire experience in this world is governed by our bodies and she feels that there is so much to learn with regards to them. Yoga gives one the space to practically explore the body while science gives us the place to document our experiences. Yoga has been a way for Cassandra to maintain balance within an ever-changing world. She hopes that her classes will bring about a sense of calmness and stability in body, mind and emotions to all those she teaches.
