I have tried a few different styles of yoga and have been fortunate enough to have trained with both international and local teachers. Each and every single one of them have influenced my life and my yoga. I am very blessed and honoured to have had all the incredible experiences on this path and I have learned so much on this Journey called Yoga.
I run yoga teacher training courses, I teach private, corporate, workshops, festivals, retreats and group classes. I teach all levels of yoga from beginners to advanced and my teaching styles are: Myofascia Sequenced Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Ashtanga and Heated Vinyasa.
My mission for teaching is to facilitate and create an environment where students can enter at any level and progress on their own personal journey of growth and improvement. One of my primary techniques is to simplify complex poses in a safe and fun environment with the culture where everyone moves and progresses at their own pace yet constantly finding creative ways to keep the students inspired. With that said, my style of teaching is often considered strong, to encourage and challenge students to overcome their own fears to be the best they can be.

For Cassandra, yoga is both an art and a science that involves the movement of the body, the stilling of the mind and the calming of emotions. Our entire experience in this world is governed by our bodies and she feels that there is so much to learn with regards to them. Yoga gives one the space to practically explore the body while science gives us the place to document our experiences. Yoga has been a way for Cassandra to maintain balance within an ever-changing world. She hopes that her classes will bring about a sense of calmness and stability in body, mind and emotions to all those she teaches.

Anesu has a wealth of yoga teaching experience and has been teaching vinyasa, hatha, meditation and yin yoga for roughly 10years. She currently teaches both studio based yoga classes and private yoga classes with both able bodied students and students with medical challenges that inhibit them from practicing in group settings.
She also has many years of experience teaching yoga and meditation for corporate clients, events, festivals, retreats and yoga teacher trainings.
Anesu is the proud founder and co-owner of The Nest Space Yoga Studio and Wellness Center, which is built around the ethos of inclusivity- showing her community that yoga is for all bodies regardless of color, ability, size, age, gender or sexual orientation. The studio offers daily yoga and meditation classes as well as holistic therapies such as reiki, reflexology, massage and hypnotherapy to their clients and is the first of its kind in South Africa.

Fikile Moeti, commonly known as "Fix" is a well-known South African Radio Anchor, DJ turned Social Entrepreneur & Yoga Teacher . Fix enjoys bringing people together (“Ubuntu’ as we say in Xhosa culture”) and found a way to do just that through her love for music, healing and yoga.

It is my dream to teach children, through mindfulness, skills that are so important in life: how to be more at ease, conscious and appreciative and accepting of themselves and their emotions.
Habits formed early in life will influence beliefs and behaviors in adulthood and I believe children that practice mindfulness on a regular basis will grow into more happy, content, confident and kind adults.
Having a background in art and art history, I like to teach mindfulness in a playful and creative way.
Flow Serene’s comprehensive in-person 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training will take you on a transformative journey into the art of teaching and deepening your personal practice. This training is designed for dedicated yogis who seek to understand the foundations of Vinyasa yoga, refine their movement and breath, and confidently guide others through a safe and inspiring practice. Whether you aspire to teach or simply wish to deepen your own yoga practice, this training will empower you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to embody the essence of yoga—both on and off the mat.
