I had practiced and enjoyed many styles of yoga but when I discovered Hatha Yoga, I realised it was exactly what I always needed. Coming from a fast paced, stressful corporate environment, Hatha Yoga gave me the tools I needed to create calm, regain balance and focus, in my practice and in everyday life.

With two studios—one in Kommetjie and one at Imhoff Farm—Soul Space Studio is united by a single heart: a sanctuary for movement, mindfulness, and community. In 2025, Soul Space Studio is launching its 200HR Yoga Teacher Training, a part-time program running from August to October, designed for those ready to deepen their practice and step into teaching with confidence and authenticity. Hosted by René Ross and Sarah Bentz, this immersive training is rooted in Vinyasa and Hatha traditions, balancing strong foundational alignment with fluid, creative sequencing. Participants will explore asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and the art of intelligent class design, all within a supportive and inspiring environment.
Accredited by Yoga Alliance International, this training provides an opportunity to refine your teaching voice, develop a personal practice, and integrate the wisdom of yoga into everyday life. More than just a certification, it’s an experience of personal evolution, guided by a passionate teaching team and the vibrant community of Soul Space.
